In all in all, a Silver arowana and Bichir should get along just fine! My old 18"+ Endlicheri bichir and 20"+ Black arowana got along perfectly fine... No problem!

kind of OOT but i once had a 5" ornate birchir together w/ 5" gar in 5ft tank....they started just fine but one night, i saw the birchir get hold of gar tails....the gar try to run away but bump into the stone in the tank...the gar died the next day...
even w/ the aros are top level, the aros will go to the bottom at night though, rite?
i would really hate it that $30 fish kill $200 or so fish...wouldn't you?
