Does Everybody use heaters?

My tank actually stays around 76-78 degrees fahrenheit year round as that's what we run our air conditioning at, so the answer would be no I don't use a heater at all.

ive never used one but everythings really hot in florida water stays at good temps so i dont really need one a suppose

In here weather is always hot...so i dont use heater..even in winter season,temp. remains the same, becoz we are close to sea.

before i used my heater my fish wearnt as active and they didnt eat much and got sick easly but now there active and healthy as can be! before my temps were at 70 or somewhere around there. now its at 78.

o.o....nope no heaters for me in any of my tanks....infact i have a fan on top of one to keep it below 70!..then again its a cold water...and my other tanks are a gold fish tank...cold water and a guppy breeding tank that stays around 74 ish on its own so nope no heaters though i have quite a few and have used them in the past for warm water loving fish.

i do not as it is a total waste. i usually put my feet in my tank to heat it up when im around. when im not around ill put a blanket around the tank. i dont want my fishes to be cold but ill be cold at night.
