Lookin' good! Are they doing the loach dance since he joined? My smaller loaches tend to congregate too.

Hey Eva, thanks for asking.
It took quite a few days for him to get brave to join the morning dance/begging for food thing all of the other six have been doing for years but he eventually did. And he's quite the fighter for food so I am not worried about him not competing anymore.
And although he doesn't come to my hand since he was moved to this tank, he at least is totally fearless during a water change, same as he was before so he retains the spark.
Thankfully the jump on the carpet hasn't had any consequences.
