Mile High in Northern AZ, baby!~
No it's not trained Arowana show time...

It's just that I have never seen this before...
Kinda spooked me to see him down there chillin' He looks fine to me. I just never had an Arowana that did...

EDIT: will post pic of Aro parked at the bottom of the tank belly to rocks ASAP...

lol you didnt tell us what he did...hes layin on the bottom?

get a powerhead

Mine will swim near the bottom or lower part of the tank sometimes. I never seen him actually touch the bottom though. I had a silver a while back that did that. The one I have now does it I think cause the current is a little too strong for him. But he is up at the top when he see's me again. Like he doesnt want me to catch him slackin. LOL

Slackin' is what he seemed to be doing...
At the time I was working on the tank light, I looked down and he was just lying there watching. His eyes were articulating like they usually do, just no swimming....Trippy...

Have you check your water parameters? How big is your tank? When aro does that, it means his stressed out. Never see my aros do that. They are in constant motion. If they rest, they rest on top and not at the bottom.
