Dog I'm Adopting =)

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Pits are cool! My neighbour breeds them. Their really nice, he let my sisters pet some while they and my dad were walking my dog.

Nice man, Not as good as fish though... My fish reflects my personalities...

Tink is doing better, but she is dominating my shepherd, not hurting her, just being a pushy pup and standing over her.
Our schnauzer attacks her whenever nobody is looking(we know because he snarls and Tink comes running with her tail between her legs... vicious pit bull lol) and our dominant dog, Sparkles, doesn't like her, but is getting better and hasn't bitten her, but she gets between her and our other dogs and snaps at everyone if they're getting too rough, or she sees Tink trying to dominate Dutch(the GSD).

And Tink is getting her stitches out tomorrow.. I have no clue how they are going to do it.. she's one big wiggle.

She's hand shy, scared of paper, guitars(she nearly broke out glass door trying to get away from it), strange noises, the digi camera and cars.

She is very protective, esp. over my 6yo niece, if there is someone she doesn't know around she'll gte in front of me(or whoever she's closest to) and lean against my legs and growl at whoever is upsetting her(mainly men).
Or if she's in her yard she barks while sitting on your feet lol
Her bark would fit a mastiff-sized dog... It really doesn't fit her.

i am glad she is doing better..she just has to fiqure out where she belongs in the scheme of things... theres alot of new things for her and she will adapt in time and know what is okay and what is not okay.. a little harder bringing a puppy into an already established house with other dogs.. she will learn..:grinno:

I'm happy at how far she's come in just a week!
My cat is sneaking out of his room more, and I think he'll get over us getting another dog soon.. he's so spoiled :grinno:

I'd love to get her into some kind of sport, weight pulling or some other thing she can focus her energy into.. But I don't see it happening, so for now I htink she's happy running 400 MPH around my yard with her ball :D

And the cat... Tink happily went over to see him and got a face full of claws.. but she's only got 1-2 tiny holes.
And her reaction to these attacks was running behind us and still trying to be friends with whoever attacked her.. she jumped in my mom's lap when the cat got her.

When Imy friends house burned down I took his cat in for a while. The cat beat up on my pitbull on such a regular basis i had to tell him to come get his cat!!

thats a beautiful dog there!I think its always great to see dogs like that go to a great home!

pit bulls are illegal in england........and for good reason. they just turn and bite things to death. :S lol i dunno i wouldn't get one.
i think your puttin ur little dog at risk tho....... one day it might think its a toy

i think pit bulls should be in a pit bull only house with some1 who knows how to look after it. not saying you can't but your giving ur lil dog a death sentence

It is obvious that you do not know anyone who owns one. They might be illegal but its not for good reason. Dogs are similar to kids its how u raise them. If you raise a killer you are going to get a killer. It ticks me off when people judge without having any experience to speak of. There are probably 10 million pitbulls living in america and i hear about someone getting mauled about once every so many years yet I hear about murders every night. Maybe people should be banned for good reason.

My pitbull gets abused by my 3 year old and loves her to death. I breed dogs but im a cat person. I just hate the fact that these dogs have gotten such a bad name because of terrible owners and uninformed people.
