Not to sure what advice your looking for. Everyone is right, vets the way to go but until then there's nothing you can do to help except avoid rough play and give a good diet.

I never saw puking with dog heats or pregnancy.

This is how I got married. Took my then gf out too long and she came home with saggy boobs, that's how they knew she was pregnant and we had to get married
 
Last comment was funny.. Look dude I have three rescue pits.. All female. Had them since 5 weeks. There are clinics, like h.o.p.e. etc. that will fix a pitbulls for 50 to 60 bucks. I hope you didn't just write a death sentence for 10 to 13 pups...they are the least adopted dogs and the most abused! Understand your breed. And please I she is pregnant start looking for responsible homes ASAP.
btw I have a 8 year old daughter and 18 month son, these dogs are great with kids if the time to train is dedicated.
 
It honestly makes me sick that people do this kind of crap. I volunteered at an animal shelter for years, you know how many loving pits have to be put down because of BS like this?
Can't afford it? What, can't skip a meal, pack of smokes, or beer for a month and set aside $20 a week? Oh, but you can afford to keep fish, right?

Seriously done before I say what's really on my mind and take an MFK vacation.

There have been times in all of our lives where we had to learn something the tough way, OP is now learning the hard way. Yes, should have had the dog fixed, that's covered, now let's try to be helpful.

First thing you need to work on, pregnant or not, is the running out the door. Regardless of how long she stays gone, it is never good to let a dog (especially a pit) to just take off. Your dog or someone's kid are very likely to get very hurt. And if she IS pregnant, she could injured and lose the pups and possibly her own life.

Until you know for sure if she's pregnant, try to keep her calm, no rough housing, and give her good food, some carrots and peas and stuff.

Ok was she in heat when she got out ? This includes bleeding any time in the last 30 days before she was out? If so she could very well be pregnant so either take her you the Vet or average gestation for dogs is 63 days so you'll know about two months after she got out. Honesty the best thing is to take her now and if she is have her fixed anyway. I ain't going to flame you just do the right thing now fix her. call around to shelters they have low cost spay clinics funded by the state. Hopefully its just a false pregnancy.

Now train her not to run out the door. Put a leash on her and make her sit before you open the door.
Your dog running out the door is a dead dog waiting to happen. She'll get hit by a car, or tore up by another dog, or shot caz she's a pit mix by some over reacting idiot.

No not in heat.I said i wont have money for a week. I know I need to get her fixed and it will be done when I get paid I have no problem spending money as my pets are my kids.As far as the advice i was looking for was are these signs of a positive pregnancy hoping maybe somebody who is a vet or a person with dog pregnancy experience would chime in.I AM LOOKING FOR ADVICE

Also I do not smoke or drink but I do eat.
