Dog (NOT FISH) question

aquaman,
even vets have to EXAMINE dogs to verify things.
Puking can be caused by minor or serious things. Your dog could be ill, &/or ingested something bad.

IME, previously breeding/raising dogs with only normal signs: puking is not associated with heats, pregnancy, or lactation. NEVER saw that. Dogs don't get "morning sickness", people do.
Normal lactation signs begin close to the time of birth, and sagging is nursing-related.

If your dog is not ill, and pregnant too (who knows? YOU don't, and you live with her!), then she's having a false pregnancy. Those are more inclined toward neurotic & non-normal symptoms.
Her hormones may snowball out of control after heats. That's medical/physiological, and it is even more important to get her spayed if she is prone to that. It stresses her body & mind.
It won't help her at all if you are acting upset & dramatic about her body, behaviors etc. That reinforces her symptoms. She has no control over hormonal imbalances. but body, mind & emotions do affect each other, especially when there is already something wrong.
A vet may give her meds to stop any imbalances prior to spaying.

You vet doesn't accept payment plans? Have you asked, or just going by the sign at the payment counter?
Mine accept payments because I am a familiar customer...waaay too familiar.
Strangers are another thing.
