Dog Owners I need some help FAST !! Pit Problems..

thats riduculous animal control should come get the pit, my dog would give as good as he got but if your dogs arent like that id keep up the 2x4 action!
I would contact animal control/police again and ask if they want to be held accountable for doing nothing when this dog attacks your kids. See if that changes their take on things...
I also agree that it doesn't matter what kind of dog it is, any dog could be doing this and posing an equal threat. Either way i think you are in the right to defend yourself/family. Not to mention the owner of the dog has some owning up to do.

I dont know if this is too safe for the dog but a few years ago my brother had a problem with a stray that was fighting with his dog so he took hamburger meat and put 5 or so benadryl in the meat, the dog ate it and he followed it for a few minutes until it dozed off as it makes them very tired so he just put it in a crate and took it to the shelter
