Don't mess with the phone until it's totally dry. Soaked mine this past summer. Was on the bumperboats at Calaway Park, my Oakley ($300) sunglasses fell in, I followed them to the bottom .... later realizing my phone was clipped to my side when I got out of the water. Took the whole thing apart and let dry for 24hr in a ziploc bag of rice. Everything works normal, except my camera function. That never seem to come back.

My gf has that and its acutally a really crappy phone. Theres green dots everywhere when you take a picture, battery is horrible, and call quality is poor and it freezes sometimes when you try to hang up a call lol.
