Sorry for your lose =( I a lways hated CLs for this reason. treating them was always a loseing battle it seemed. Rid Ick .. if it's the same med I'm thinking ( I honestly haven't needed to treat Ick in years) says specifically on the container not to use to treat scaleless fish. and the medication itself was very bad in particular to loachs? I hope your surviveing loachs are ok, and heal well.

Sorry for your loss dude... He was doing 2 water changes a day because he put a ton of fish in a tank that was cycled but was not ready for that heavy of a bio-load as he already said.. Thankx for this post as I will no longer say i'll get it in the morning or this weekend for that matter.. Again sorry for your loss...

sorry for your loss...

I'm so sorry for your loss bro. That is truly a tough run of luck for a Loachkeeper. BTW, my Clowns & Kobutai were very prone to Ick until I started using CopperSafe. I know many people dont like it, but Ick is nothing but a bad memory now. If ever there was a time to try a $6 bottle....

And geez, is it just me or did Princess' avatar get EVEN HOTTER?! Good lord.

Damm sorry for ure loss bro , makes me sad just looking at the pic.

i say the same thing everytime i open my freezer and see the growing pile of dead fish that for some reason i cant bring myself to put in the worm farm...

I feel your pain. I myself kinda went through a cycle like this. Clowns loachs IMO, are not something you can build over time. WHat I found to work best. Is buy how many you want all at once. Then treat/get through that all at once. I have 33 at the moment. It'll stay at 33, because even bringing in 1 stressed clown no matter how big or small, can jepordize the whole thing. I'm already nervous moving them from the 135g, to the new 305g.
