hahah nice thats not a bad deal at all.. something you never thought you would see at petco :)

Nice pickup.

Man I'm so jealous I almost didn't post in your thread ;). Great find! You owe your friend something, that's for sure. Couple questions though, first how do you keep your sand so freakin clean? I have trouble keeping my sand looking all nice and white, it's very frustrating. I have a ton of filtration and a powerhead at the bottom of my tank to create a current, but it doesn't seem to keep the sand looking all white and shiny. Also, I'm assuming your tank is a 55 gallon? You said you were getting another 55, so I'm guessing it's ok to keep those enantiopus in a 55? I thought they'd be too big, that's why I didn't get any for my 75 and now I'm kinda irritated haha. Oh well, congrats man good luck.

WOW! ive never seen these little guys before-i love them. theyre beautiful.. just asking to be bred!

Awesome fish, buddy of mine has a bunch of these out here - they're one of the reasons I switched to African's for a few months of my fish keeping career.

I stir my sand every water change I do, I do two changes a week, 40% per change, I dont give anything time to get my sand dirty, I also have tons of Filtration. I normally would not keep these in a 55 but unfortunately I dont have anything larger available right now, and common sense will tell you that you dont let these free fish pass you by :D Here is my thought on it. Kilsea are not agressive at all, and they can be kept in a 55. Notice I did not say breed, I will put them in a larger tank, but right now they will stay alive and in good health in a 55 :D

Mike, I cant give em up yet! Although I am trying to get some females now, funny story is I know where the fish came from now, and where there are more! :D So I will be letting some males go. Ill post some pics because I do have a male in breeding color as I am typing this.
