i got charged with 3 misdemeanors:
-unlawful sell of sport caught fish
-unlawful movement of live fish
-possesion of an undersized leopard shark

Federal Wildlife Marshall's have jurisdiction in any state.

yeah i know, that's why they're called federal. but they don't enforce state laws, they enforce federal laws. it's like with weed out there, feds can bust you with or without a prescription, but the state can't.
