what you eat affects pretty much all parts of your body including your brain

ya we talked in privete, changing my diet will make me lose weight and become healthier but dont see how that can affect my autism....

ok i read that some foods you eat ( if your a smoker ) will provoke you to smoke right after you are done ( happens to me all the time, meat is the number one for me ) but eating certine things dont affect me being autistic, if that were the case and i did change my diet i wouldnt be as obbsesed with fish. but i have changed my diet so many times and i dont see a change.
