Don't ya just love Cops who abuse their power?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Cops are like everyone else. There are good ones and bad ones. If a Dr. gropes a female patient will under anesthsia or a priest has sex with a little boy everyone defends the rest of the profession saying that was just a bad one. When 1 cop acts like an *** (and from what I saw he was being an ***) the public in general stereotypes the entire profession. Cops run toward danger while everyone else runs away. For that they should be appreciated. They are the thin blue line between order and chaos.

I find it quite disturbing that so few people actually feel the need to respect the law... I mean, flipping a cop off, or not doing as asked the first time, etc... What are they thinking?
Even worse than that, is when cops abuse their power, though...

It was dark, he didn't know it was a cop till they started kicking his ass! Flip off who you want, it is a finger. Just cause a cop tells you something, does not mean it is the truth. Respect the law? Come on man.......

BigSpizz.... are you... telling us... not to respect the law??? Boy... In that case, why don't you and I get a group order of Red Snakeheads.

WTF are you talking about? If a cop says something outrageous (as they do at times) it can and will be dismissed by me? Next time p.m. me instead of putting my name in your out of this world little concauctions......

Edit: and when I put "respect the law?" It was in disbeliefe cause if myself or anyone else didn't have to some extent "respect" for the law, we would be incarsarated, or in the system one way or another. I have kids and I obey/respect/honor, all laws that I can

I don't care to PM you. I'm just saying that they ARE the law, and while some of them are asses, we all should respect the law, and unfortunately they DO have the right to tell us what to do.
In almost every position of power throughout the world, some people choose to abuse it, and that's never cool - but normally people should not go around flipping off cops, or ignoring the rules. (Even MFK has rules that are broken frequently, I've noticed.) Fortunately for us, usually the authorities on here don't abuse their power :)

Well then,......I guess the "mighty" santaury has spoken huh? All I am saying is you ,misunderstood what I posted, and instead of making a wild claim publicly, you could have shown a little more respect...which you obviously have a twisted perception of......You are as rude as they come sant:(

It's getting to the point where I don't respect much authorities anymore.

Lots of this goes on. Hell in LA you wouldn't believe what the "in" kids (paris hilton) and many, many others get away with.

****, there's a video of the guy Steve-O talking to cops, flipping them off and showing them a bag of weed, what do they do ? high five. No joke, it was aired on TV..

Most cops are nothing these days, same goes for most of our youth.

My take? Kid was being a smartass, but he did nothing wrong. People like that cop need a hardcore beating laid down on them, so they realize they aren't all that.

No, not all cops are wrong, many are good. But some area's... there not very good on average.
