In almost every position of power throughout the world, some people choose to abuse it, and that's never cool - but normally people should not go around flipping off cops, or ignoring the rules. (Even MFK has rules that are broken frequently, I've noticed.) Fortunately for us, usually the authorities on here don't abuse their power
