Lesson learned: If you desperately need something, buy it from your LFS vs. online and having it shipped to you.
You really shouldn't blame the online vendor for the shipping company's issues.
Also, it's much better to ship fish EARLY in the week so that the chances of fish getting stuck in transit over a weekend are minimized.
