Dovii growout thread

Very brief update, but the dominant male is growing like a weed. He is currently 8cm when I measured him today, I got him at 3cm, so 5cm in 3 weeks isn't too bad right!? The female he's next too was about 4.5ish cm (couldn't get a great measurement as she kept flopping around).

I'd keep them in the tank lol, wait till the get bigger to do out of tank measurements. I wouldn't bother judging the sex on these guys yet. They can be real deceiving at times, I'm sure the big one is male but I'd wait on judgments for the rest. I would feed southern delight growth too. They look great tho!

Thanks! Haha was doing a 70% wc so thought may as well grab them to see their growth lol, I'll try not to do it again . Currently feeding them crushed up hikari gold as it's what i usually use but I may try southern delight growth. Cheers, Tom

MP_cichlid lfs didn't have southern delight so I got nls grow instead, what's that like?

I've never seen a lfs that has southern delight. NLS is a good brand tho
