Dovii ID please

My kids love Devin and he likes the kids. They play together - my girl runs from one end of tank to the other, and he follows her fast. Best playable fish ever had!
 
Thanks. Mines the same, very aware of what's going on around his tank.
I've found my Dovii to be a slow growing fish. He's home bred and Its taken 6 years to grow him from spawn to 18 inch.
Here's a couple of pics of his parents. You can see the fry. One of them fry is now my big guy.

Haha the father looks just like my Devin!
Your dovii is probably the same age as my Devin.
Every time when we sit at the dinning table, Devin is always there at that corner looking at us. In the morning when i put on my shoes before heading out, he is at the other corner looking my way. very aware like you said.
 
Slow growing in tank is actually better IMO.
