Dovii Update - Nic and CR

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I would keep the one I collected, who care what anybody else thinks. If I collected it, it would stay with me.

Thanks for the input. In 6 months I'll make my decision, for now, I'll enjoy both :D

One observation, the Nic is growing a lot faster than the CR. The CR had a 5" head start but they are almost the same size now.

My nic is about 18 inches long, they are fast growers. He is about 2 years old.

The Nic Dovii with the nuchal hump is F1 (parents from Rapps). The CR Dovii, I personally collected last year (Wilc Caught).

I eventually would only have tank space for one, which one would you keep? Would you base it on looks and personality or sentimental attachment (like a souvenir)?
nice fish ruck, where did you collect in costa rica?

Damn, that's one big Dovii. Do you still notice growth in length or more in thickness now? I hope it hits 20"

Parismina River located in Siquirres, Limón Province (The Caribbean)

He grew alot until lately, he successfully spawned. Now he seems more agressive towards me and has less of an appetite.
