Order a light on March 8. There was nothing about it being on back order. Other lights were but this one said nothing.

Get my confirmation e-mail and it is placed on back order until March 13. Annoying but whatever, 5 days is no big deal. Would work out better because I would be on spring break and I don't have to worry about it getting stolen

March 13 comes and goes and nothing. No shipping confirmation. No e-mail from them. I e-mail them... its on back order again. This time March 19.

Frustrating but whatever. March 19 comes and goes and nothing. No shipping e-mail, no e-mail telling me WTF is going on.

Now it is on back order until March 30.

Awesome... never would have ordered if I knew it was on back order BEFORE I paid for the damn thing.

I hate buying **** off the internet
 
Sorry to hear. Never have had a problem with DR F&S myself. I would contact them directly, I'm sure they will compensate you for the troubles. Realize if their supplier can't get them the product there is no way they can send it to you.
 
I always order from www.Bigalsonline.com without any problems. As a matter of fact, I just made an order today and they not only price matched Drsfosterandsmith's sale price of $18.69 on Hikari Massivore, they beat the price by 5% so I ordered twenty 13.4 oz bags for $17.75 each. What a bargain!!

I'm sure when you put your oreder in they were in stock, maybe someone else order the same at the same time, who knows?

Point is instead of *****ing here on MFK which will not result in you getting your light any quicker. Why not call them, alert them to your situation. They may be able to find a suitable substitution for you, which could end up being a better light for the same price.

Who says I haven't???

I have gotten ahold of them 3x now. Each time they tell me it will be in the next week and its "sorry for the inconvenience"


Do you work for them or something damn
