that sucks-ive bought alot of my pet stuff from them and havent had a problem as of yet.. i would just cancel the order and get it elsewhere.. will they refund you?
 
Petco had a sale with stuff up to 30% off plus free shipping on purchases over 50...

I bought about $60 of stuff, until I realized the heater that came with my used tank was broken and had to use $28 for a 200watt stealth heater. I took off some decor, got some crappier driftwood(returning that today cus it sucks lol) and moved from a 23in to a 10in bubble wand to save 3 bucks...D:
 
While they're at it, they could provide accurate information about the housing of fish and invertebrates.

There is a big difference in calling and talking to them and just emailling.:duh:
 
I've had lots of problems with my orders I have placed online with DrsF&S and BigAls as far as backordered items.

You learn very quickly that if you call your order in they can tell you right then whether your items are ACTUALLY in stock or not.

The website stock information is based on inventory information? In otherwords, not accurate or up to date?

Sorry for you frustrations.
 
cancel order and buy from somewhere else. If they give u a hassle contact your credit card co.
 
Ive ordered an eheim from them and it came in broken, I called and they replaced it right away. I have to ship back the one that broke, other then that they have good customer service. Call instead of emailing.
