Dragonets and basslets

so ive decided to go with Bucket for the name.
hes only around 2" right now. given that hes in a 50gal theres a bit of a size limit on the tankmates, so maybe a zebra dwarf lion , a blue star leopard or yellow and purple wrasse or a arc eye hawk introduced ar roughly the same size as bucket?

i took the lid off to do something and forgot to put it back on. he jumped out in the middle of the night

oh im so sorry always sucks to lose a fish I did not know they were jumpers

neither did i. if i had i would have been extra careful about the lid, but either way thats no exscuse

I did not use lids with my chiclids but payed the price when my female jd part of a breeding pair jumped and was eaten by a cat all my tanks have lids now

back to my original plan? another lion fish?

I guess im not really sure but would get another one unless you want to go in a different direction with the tank
