Lol, I'm running strait tap water, even tested running 300 gallons per day for 2 weeks, all fish are still swimming and happy. Chlorine is what my water is treated with here. Love my drip system.

I don't think RO water is good for fish?

Yeah I'm running straight tap water also. 6 years now

I don't think RO water is good for fish?

It's fine, if you're willing to supplement everything it takes out. Which basically defeats the purpose of a drip system. Not what I would use.

To clear things up, Jim told me he was referring me to a RO unit for drinking water. I guess there was miss communication through email. Spoke with him and will be sending me a quote for a 3 stage carbon filter
