Good lightings you have on those tanks.


I need to either get another flash or find better ways to light my fishes more for picture taking.

I have found out that the greater the lighting, the greater the picture turns out. Awsome pictures GT!

Actually MAC, there is normally only 1 single 4' strip on this tank with an 18000k aquaglo bulb. When taking pics, the only extra light I use is a 3' strip with the same 18000k tube. I think the white sand helps in my favour to bounce light back up.:)

great pics mate. it seems you have become quite used to your new camera already. if using no flash for these pics, what was your ISO set at. usually when i try take a photo without the flash it is blurry unless i turn the ISO right up, but then the pic is grainy.

also i agree about the white sand substrate helping alot when taking photos.
