great pics mate. it seems you have become quite used to your new camera already. if using no flash for these pics, what was your ISO set at. usually when i try take a photo without the flash it is blurry unless i turn the ISO right up, but then the pic is grainy.

also i agree about the white sand substrate helping alot when taking photos.
