Earthworms?

I heard there healthier than feeders and i was too lazy to look at that chart soooo yeah
 
do you just take them out of the dirt and feed your fish?
or do you need to somehow take the dirt out of them

Yea, real easy thing called rinsing in tap water. I also suggest squeezing the poop out of the larger ones.
 
who says dont use them? the only reason i can see is if your digging them up they may have internal bacteria but if you rinse them in water and squeeze the poop out then your eliminating all that and your left with a healthy vitamin rich meal for your fish
 
yeah earth worms are good! I feed my three little pbasses them. I squeeze the poop out of them and stuff it with omega one pellets haha I do this because they won't take the pellets straight so I sneak them in using the worms.
 
i have 2 30g bins with red wigglers.pulled 3 dozen worms to feed the fish today.Fish love em,easy to grow lots.And it gets rid of all the compost.
