Earthworms?

I feed them to my oscar whole,and chopped for my angels.
Like a few others said just check your source,dont want pesticides, or the mutagens they use on golf courses

My Bleekeri and Convicts go bonkers for them. No other food makes them go nuts like Night Crawlers.

My Dempsey and GT dance at the front of the tank when they see worms. They'll chow on those things til they burst if I let them

I have nothing but good things to say about earthworms. I would supplement my GT's diet every night with them. He packed on some serious growth after I started with worms, not to mention they were by far his favorite food. They are also very clean and dont have residual particulates as do pellets and flakes (also seem to be cleaner than the shrimp, fish, and beefheart that were fed as well). Go with the worms!

I used to buy them from walmart until i realized that if you spray down your lawn (your pesticide free lawn,though) before dark you can grab a good 30-50 without even having to be very sneaky.
