I highly doubt feeders make a fish more aggressive, maybe more predatory...Maybe get a 40 breeder a heater and some convicts if you really want feeders. Though honestly i'd stick to pellets and frozen to avoid the hassle

Guppies are fine without a heater an would be fine in a 10 gallon the only thing is they wont be as prolific if it was a bigger tank but it would work.
I agree. With a diligent water change schedule you could easily keep a male and several females in that 10.
