So yeah,In EBAY it only said that it was one fish NOT MORE THAN ONE !!!! and if i was a BAD SELLER i would of have shipped the fish beat up But i didnt !!!


i dont think its fair enough that just because this little inconvinience happend this selfish costumer is giving me bad feedbacks everywhere when i did what i thought it was best for her !


I highly HIGHLY doubt he is a customer of yours based from his message to you. Doesn't sound like he knows you AT ALL.

I am not giving you bad feedback everywhere. I stated it on here, and if your look on your feedback, I did not even leave you feedback through ebay yet.

What would have been best is that you tell me what happened, instead of hearing nothing from you and having to file a dispute. What is so hard about sending an email?! You can post on here, post auctions on ebay- you can send me an email, or hit the ebay "contact buyer" button.

And on buy it now deals, after you click "buy it now" there is another screen that asks you the quantity you would like to order (this is a page set up by the SELLER)- so I HAD the option to buy more than one, meaning you had more than one available- or that's how you posted it.

I only ordered 1, and I'm glad I didn't buy more fish.. would have been an even bigger hassle.- It's very possible T-rex could have eaten the fish I ordered.

I bought it straight through ebay- I did not use paypal. I used my bank card, which is the only way I make purchases- and it even says on ebay that no issue has been sent, only that you offered a full refund.

So, you can cry about negative feedback until the cows come home, you're still getting negative feedback from me. You reap what you sow. Chalk another negative on your board.
 
i believed for paypal to refund you the money and shows it in your account it takes a few days. atleast thats what happened to me. it says its refunded complete,but didnt put money back in my account. i called and they said it takes a few days.

I didn't pay through paypal, so he can't refund me through paypal. So I don't know who he refunded, but it wasn't me.

And my fiance has just informed me that for refunds with paypal it's instant since it's money that was yours to begin with.. it's a few days to clear if you buy something.

I said im sorry and that weekend i had a very busy weekend with a few other orders and if you ever bought fish online you should know that the seller has few orders before yours !!! Once again i apologized for the inconvinience and i was polite enough to return your money back with no problem and your still whining about it LOL ....i wont be a hypocrite and say i coulod care less about your negative feedback because as a seller that i am i know i am a very responsible seller i always think of the fish first and costumer just that during that week i had a little inconvinience and your making a whole scene about it,c'mon Dude were grown ups here........If you think i am not good enough get a better seller next time,peace !

First off, you HAVE to refund my money. You weren't polite enough to return my money- you had to.

Second of all, I ordered the fish on Sunday around 9-10pm- the weekend was over. I asked you if I could have it by Thursday IF possible, and you said "sure, I'll ship it wednesday" You had 4 days to get my order together- I have shipped fish before.. it takes maybe 10 minutes to package a fish. I know someone who sells Koi, he works a FULL time job, and still manages to ship out 30-40 boxes of fish a day, and he's got a wife and kids.

And if you really cared about the fish first, you would NOT sell airapaimas.

Like the ebay case says, you have until January 3rd (Monday) to refund my money... so we will wait and see.

And like I said... Refund my January 3rd.. So I'm still waiting- and if I don't get a refund, its because of something done wrong on your end.

Yikes, at least he didn't send you a dead fish lol. That would be a crappy present. Debits are worthless for refunds, credit give you a little extra cushion as others stated.
Paypal is so painfully inefficient. https://www.paypal.com/helpscr?cmd=...Tab&ps=solutionPanels&solutionId=10622&bn_r=m according to that 3-5 days (business I'm assuming) so you prob wont see the money until the end of the week.
Personally tho I wouldn't give bad feedback if they gave me my money back, things happen especially when dealing with live animals. .02
 
i'm not sticking my nose in this one, all i want to know is did you get your money back? i would expect paypal to take even longer then then 3-5 business days because of the holidays backing up transactions.
