Don't ship it. The New York Address is just a drop location where they will reship it to the scammer where ever they are in the world.

For the people saying you are scamming for NOT shipping and he has to honor it, you're wrong. If he stated no international shipping, that alone voids the sale. Also, you can decide to not ship for any other reason. You guys obviously have no/very little experience as a seller on ebay. Also from some of these posts I can tell some of you are very clueless how scammers operate. Shipping to an address not verified/not on the bay account automatically voids your protection as well.
My biggest problem is with people who seem to think that placing a bid or making an offer that is accepted puts them under no obligation to pay.
I'm a power seller on ebay with a few thousand transactions. I don't ship outside the US. I've dealt with a few scammers, but overall have few problems buying and selling on ebay. If you run into a problem, there are discussion boards in the community section of ebay where knowledgeable people will help you out.
