only good with the right breeder...

Yes.. EBJD are very sensitive... but not entirely impossible to take care of...

i bought one around Nov during black friday sale and it died in January of 09....

about a month ago.. i picked up two Blue Gene (BGJD) for 50bucks (total) their doing ok right now... color are pretty stabilize.. but will have to see if it makes it past 3 months.. mines right now are at the 2.5" mark much bigger than when i got my 1st one at 1.5"

Some pictures attach.. these two are currently housed with 1 other JD, and a micro Geo, and a peacock african.. Before i had a pretty big JD at 3" but decided to move it....

Also.. the first picture was my 1st EBJD which later died within 10min of the picture taken.. he died due to a stomach bloating.... (result of bad genes).. I think... :(

I do say if u want EBJD.. do think about it and choose the right tankmates.. dont just get it and put it inside a tank with aggressive fish...

I've had 3 EBJD's and still have two. I keep them with 3 other JD's the same size and they are doing great so far...slow growing compared to the other baby JD'd but I dont care in time they will become as awsome as my GT lol :grinno:
