All seems well so far...although my male seems a bit lazy. Definitely not splitting the job of parenting 50/50, what a typical man right??? Lol I've managed to remove the largest of the other females so far( the original ). I plan on removing the clay pot with the eggs inside tomorrow. Hopefully I can get some better pics later.

Well...I managed to remove the last 2 rogue females! Mom looks exhausted but hopefully she can relax a bit now! I know this is probably typical for a first spawn, but it seems like there are way less eggs than I'm use to seeing. Now I just hope they were properly fertilized. Still kinda wishy washy, but I think I'll be removing the eggs later today.

Looks like everything is finally working out for you with this project. Now that you have a nice pair to produce EBJD's I will one of many members to ask you for some fry. You know I like to diversify my bloodlines & there's very few ppl I trust with EBJD's. I look forward to more updates.
