my 7" eats bloodworms and my 13" eats earthworms and tilapia
My peacock eel didn't come in onshipment But the fire eel did It's about 7 or 8inches long it's been checking the tank out and has found some hiding places. It even ate some blood worms last night going to try some earth worms later on.

what do you guys feed your eel? I've heard some people feed earthworms.. my zig zag loves blood worms and shrimp, suppose to get a pea cock and a fire eel today if they come in on shipment,

My 15+ in FE eat absolutly EVERYTHING! He is a monster. Worms. Massivor. Sinking pellets. Floating pellets. Crisps. Talapia. Shrimp.

After he eats whatever falls into the tank, he then sniffs around the bottom and eats what has gotten past him and the other fish.

My moat personable fish. I can hand feed him ans stroke him. When he heara me come in the room he is out begging.

That's nice! I have three fire eels, 16", 14", and 10". They all eat pretty much everything...except pellets of any kind. Lol. I mainly vary their diet with live red wigglers, live night crawlers, frozen market shrimp, frozen bloodworms, frozen beef heart, and frozen krill. It works out that they don't eat pellets though, because they don't compete with my vulture cats for them, so everyone gets a good meal.

Can you post pictures of them?

I moved my 7" into my main tank yesterday and I was a little concerned at 1st because my 13" was chasing and eventually after 10 minutes I said screw it and tried to catch him and after 30 minutes of chasing him I gave up luckily they seem fine now. here is my 7" eel I'll try to get a full body shot later
