Eel

I got some inexpensive heater guards on Amazon that work well. The Teug liked to hand out there too much when I first got her.


Since we're already on a tangent about other eels, how big of a fish would a fire eel be able to eat when larger, like once they get past 2 feet?

I know at 13" mine has eaten a nightcrawler that was about 12" I was shocked

But how big are their mouths to worry about re: other fish?

I'm guessing they'd eat ropefish... too skinny?

just from what I've seen yeah ropefish would be in danger and maybe even smaller sens

My smallest poly outside of the ropes would proably be the Moke. Well, and Teug, long but skinny....

I got my fire eel over two weeks ago and it only come out at night to eat and hides all day in a ship I have in there. Sure wish it would come out some in the day time and eat. I put krill and earth worms in there at night and they are gone in the morning so I hope it's eating them or else the Playco is

Brizno medium size it only suppose to get 5 or 6 inches when full grown. It's about 4 inches now

They can take months to settle but when they do they will come out when you enter the room.
