Egg Crate needed

I was told Home Depot has them but I must of ran into the newest associates there and was told "no they dont sell them" (Marina del Rey HD).

I need the ones we use for tank dividers... the white ones

Looking for something in the West Side... Culver City/Santa Monica/Marina del Rey...

A lot of the Home Depot people don't know the term "eggcrate," so you have to know how to describe it to them to get results. It's usually found in the lighting department by the fluorescent fixtures. If you ask someone at Home Depot or any other home improvement store, say something like 2' x 4' plastic light diffuser white with a bunch of squares. That usually works.

Lowe's should have it too or go to a lighting store.

Generally it is not found in the lighting dept. The eggcrate is made to fit many type 2x4 drop in lighting fixtures, which are installed in drop in accoustical ceilings. You will find it in the area where they stock accoustical ceiling tiles since this is what it's use is intended for.

yup.. replacement drop ceiling light thingy mijiggers. thats how i would tell them.
