its running ,, pinch the hose on the empty one and it should fill.

took apart the pipe-- have all the o-rings installed in it but i am still bleeding air through it-- why

not at the screw point-- but at the first connection -- i see bubbles coming out of it-- i dont know what else to do

is it leaking from a bad o ring or is the plastic cracked somehow. maybe just a bad o ring

i can get it to run for a minute then it stops--funny thing-- on 1 outake hose i see bubbles running through the pipe-- why is that

changed the o-ring now i get it running for a minute tops-- then once again i lose pressure-- i wish i had a fluval now-- so easy to prime -- this filter blows-- and is pissing me off royally--

holy crap-- thanks for the help--- finally got this damn thing to work-- and to be honest i couldnt even tell u what i did -- all i did was take apart and reconnect 1 of the outtake pipes and we are pumping nice and steady now--- thanks alot man for all of your help-- greatly appreciated

No prob dude. Glad you got it going. You will love it, it is a awsome filter.

EHEIM 2028 is a great filter, glad to see you got it going. From my personal experience, I use VASELINE on the main rubber gasket and fill up the main compartment with water to just over the top media tray prior to closing it up. If there is no water in your inlet and outlet, one prime push, plug it in, and that gets it going with no problem.
