woops disregard what was here earlier I was looking at the wrong shark
and the second one possibly a Cephaloscyllium sufflans

In the original top picture there is a small shark in the background up against a rock. It is the same species as the two in the bottom picture. You were closer with your second guess. Keep thinking Catshark

Just to recap the large shark in the first pic is a Japanese Swell Shark- Cephaloscyllium umbratile but we are looking at the one in the background to ID in this round.

Time for a clue - Its a member of the genus Scyliorhinus

Is it a scyliorhinus meadi?
nope probably not
more likely a scyliorhinus torazame
naw maybe not
and my guess is scyliorhinus torrei

Scyliorhinus tazamine - Cloudy catshark is the correct answer, Post it up
