Here's one that might not be as simple as it may seem to be.

Although this species was once misidentified as O. ornatus - it was only recently(in the last 5 years) reclassified as it's own distinct species.
maculatus, the Spotted Wobbygong?
 
Referencing Elasmodiver Im going to go with Banded Wobbegong (Orectolobus halei)

A clue might help- this pic is of a juvi that has just started to transition into its adult pattern (spots). The juvi pattern is most predominant.
