I like gold barbs, was thinking of odessa barbs too. Would I need to worry about the eba trying to eat them? Seeing as how they get roughly half the size of the eba. Also was thinking about congo tetras. I know this may sound dumb, but I really love synodontis petricola.

So after looking around and doing some research, I've narrowed it down to either glod barbs or congo tetras, and also possibly synodontis petricola?

The odessa barbs or gold barbs would be fantastic. I have never had congos so I don't know.

Congos should be fine too. They get to a pretty decent size (4.5 - 5").

My EB Acara does great with Corys. He doesn't pay any attention to them.
