As far as color goes it varies greatly and once again care level is a variable. I've had 6 now and one looks like a normal jack but has more blue and other Ebjd features and started off looking like a typical Ebjd through juvenile life. That's one of the great things about this fish is the differences between individuals of color and pattern. Good luck with yours
