In my opinion these are the same as Platinum JD's. It is possible they have a line of gold JD's with some more pink in them, but the genetics are the same - they are electric blue and gold JD's. Gold JD's vary in color a great deal depending on their maturity and mood. Please refer to another thread where I posted a pile of photos on the batch of Gold JD's that I had raised from fry to adult.

At one point I was asking the question of why they call them Gold JD's and not Pink JD's as I was amazed at the amount of red/pink color in them. It is also very difficult to get good photos of Gold & Platinum JD's and show their true color (Chidori did a great job with the ones posted on the other threads). With the reduced melanin, it is very easy to shift the color toward pink with lighting or even color tweaking of the photos. The guys who sell flowerhorns on aquabid have been doing things like this for a long time to make fish look more red.
It is even possible these are being fed food with tons of red color enhancer like Carophyll Pink (synthetic Astaxanthin).
