I have 3 kessil lights connected to a power strip. My question is, can I somehow ruin the lights if I turn on and off the lights using power strip only? Kinda tired of turning them on and off one by one.

Shouldn’t be a problem. That would be similar to using an external timer. I would consider buying the Kessil spectral controller so you can set them up to turn on/off automatically.
The thing more likely to damage them is frequent power cycling: The constant heat expansions and contractions.
I run all of the lights on 5 tanks plus my orchids off of one timer and multiplug. Then they all go on/come off simultaneously 
Why don't you have the power strip on a timer? Turning the lights on and off manually....Screw that.
It's usually not the actual light that gets damaged but the power supplies just go over time. They can be replaced though.
I got the spectral controller to control my 3 kessels. But a timer would work just fine too.
The spectral controller for the kessels? Yes. Pretty easy to set up and use. Took a little sorting out of the modes but no more so then any other programmable.
I bought a wall plug with a radio remote control from home deopt that i have my lights plugged into.
