To be honest I thought about that... befriending her, you know the old saying that your worst enemy is your best friend type thing.
BUT... its impossible.

It's impossible only if you think it is. Besides, there's the saying: One often meets her destiny on the road she takes to avoid it

I just need to rant for a moment...
I pride myself on being a rather neutral person, able to see past most faults and ignore those who I find rather offensive. But now... now I am finding that to be a particular challenge.
That person who I would LOVE to see actually leave the company has been missing the last week off "sick" ... her performance here at the job is one of the most appalling i've seen in the two years I have worked here. And now, on her first day back from being "sick" she has gone off and filed a complaint against me for "harassing"
Now, correct me if I am wrong, but firstly you would need to be IN the office for me to actually be able to harass you... and secondly, if I do not speak, look, or do anything to her how in the world can that be seen as me being "hostile"
This is by far the most ridiculous thing that I have ever encountered. Just because I personally do not like her, she runs off to the boss moaning about me?? WHAT???
What kind of a child goes off to complain just because someone does not LIKE them. And, if she thinks that by going off and doing this that I am going to LIKE her any more then she is far mistaken. If she thinks this will in any way shape or form actually cause me to RESPECT her - then she is even farther mistaken.

update: the coworker that farts all the time just had a beautiful baby boy with his wife. I can't eliminate him anymore
Thats a bunch of horse pucky NBK I hope you can defend yourself maybe take said person aside and offer to discuss matters between you too but really she sounds like a worthless POS
I'd get rid of the "let me tell you about my latest physical ailment" guy. He once cornered me for fifteen minutes to tell me about the bleeding sores on his feet from his diabetes.
