Yeah they're turning out nice, though they're slow growers. :/ Taking forever to grow. Seems like they've taken after Elliotis and grow rather slowly. Oh wells, they are looking nicer and nicer tho. Hoping for more red, and more sprangles.

Would seem so... then again, Elliotis are pretty aggressive themselves (even if there's not too much brawn behind 'em). But yeah they like to chase each other all over. Good thing they're in a 4ft.

@shenzenluohan: Yep, definitely. And growing larger as well. Nowhere near as fast as your Convict hybrids tho. :/

Update!

Unfortunately this is the last survivor. Moved interstate and the rest died. :/

I like him a lot, the spangles are nice looking on a convict body.

@RampageRR: Thanks. Yeah it does eh, the sprangles are coming out nice. Not as much red as I'd hope on the body tho. Would have preferred to breed it with a fellow Ellicon in hopes of getting more red, but well since this is the last one... @_@

@shenzhenluohan: Not at the moment, I currently keep him with my other fish (two SGTs, one Festae, and some other non-americans). It seems to like accompanying one of the two SGTs, and have grown quite large (it outgrew the Festae and is approaching the size of the SGTs). If it pairs up with one of them then I'll let it happen.

Otherwise yeah, no plans yet. Definitely will want to cross him again, but unsure as to what with.
