Im under the impression that your going to be using your established filters again right and keep the substrate , so its basically Like you did a big 70% water change. You should definately be fine. as long as your not taking to much bacteria out, say as replacing the filter with new media and new substrate at the same time as you are doing all this. good luck . post some updates and maybe a picture of the stand. Im curious to what it looks like now.
