Ouch sounds bad!

Metro should of fixed that, you try putting him in a hospital tank with no filtration while you're treating him?

What are you feeding him?

he is living in a 50 liter tank a sponge filter with a power head is running always i use ocean free xo super red syn pellets he is not taking food for past 5 days now his stomach looks full without eating anything and he is releasing white stringy poo please help me to save him

Unless this tank is only temporary while he's been sick, the size of your tank (13 gallons) is most likely the cause of most of your problems. (poor water quality) Now you've hit him with every med out there, as well as an oral sea salt treatment (sea salt???) which has probably caused him major stress as well. (and possibly liver damage)

The best thing that you can do for that fish is to get him into a stable environment, keep his water quality pristine, and stop throwing random medicated cocktails at him. Four days without eating is not the end of the world, and typically most sick fish that are swimming in a toxic cocktail are not going to eat.

Dear RD i will as per your suggesion but i can see another problem running out for him i can see the bones of his annal, drosal and the two fins in his chest and very small clusters of black dots on the drosal fin please help me to cure him

If he gets much worse the most humane thing may be to euthanize him.

he is not much worse his stomach looks like he had a good meals righ now and when i touch his stomach he get off from my hand
his problems
1.fin bones are comming out of the skin
2.not eating
3.dark coloration
4.white string like feces
please help me to cure him i love him a lot i dont want to miss him

I already told you what to do, there is no magical solution that is going to cure your fish of all of these ailments.

BTW - what size was this fish when you originally purchased it a year ago, and has it always been in your 50 liter tank?
