empty 55 gallon needs ideas for schooling fish..

I have a 55 gal. tank ready to go.. i'd like to get a good size group of schooling fish.. what are some idea's and how many? thanks..

pictus catfish if you get around 10 or more they will start to swim around each other in a ball sweeping the tank. pretty sweet
 
maybe normans lampeyes or other killifish.
exodon paroxodus would be ok in there.
 
i like congo tetras now are there anything else i can put with them.. like community fish? angels, blue guarmis (spelling?) ect.

i was forced to sell my 90 gal and 120 until i move so im new to the whole 55 gal community tank.. thanks..!
