Yeah I thought of that last night. I turned on a clamp lamp with a ceramic emitter above the bait mouse. turn the air conditiong way way way up to the point that its freezing, and put a few heat lamps up in a corner of a room along with a whole mouse, and take another and "brain" it, and gut it.

He's a little jumpy from being hungry, but no worse the wear otherwise.
He was found, of all places, under the cat's food bowl after moving it for cleaning.
Not sure how long he was there or how many times the cat ate from the bowl, but it's kind of ironic, since we were worried about the cat finding him first.![]()
