So he has two males with a successful spawn:ROFL:

LOLing at these just woke my wife up. She thanks you. Pretty sure you are my new hero.

A agree with you, though. HRP. The fry will be F1 HRP collection point... err... well.. your tank...

Google imaging "Honduran Red Point" I see convicts, zonatus, some Parachromis and some salt water fish as well...frankly I don't think that fish to be a Honduran Red Point at all, not just from the Rio Danli collection point.

Female Convicts even mixed with HRP still have the orange belly, I have one. His female is NOT a Convict and it is a HRP. It's just from a different collection point.

My male HRP was the exact same as the OP's and the mother was a black Convict.

Here was my male HRP

Here is the mom, not the best shot, but you can see the orange belly. She's actually in breed dress here.

Here is their daughter who IS a hybrid

If his female were to have Convict in her, this is how she'd look.

I also had a female Pink Convict that paired off and bred with my male Cutteri, their offspring are also hybrids.

Thanks for the input everyone. She possibly is not "pure" HRP but I still see more HRP than Con in her color, body type, body size, etc.

I guess its my "ethical" decision as to if I should sell these babies as plain old "HRP" or not. They should be very pretty either way.

Thanks again....Bill
