Euthanize?

The balloon molly my mom bought isn't swimming, is breathing heavily, its tailfin is shredded, and there's a big gash on both sides of the caudal penduncle.

Should I do it? Is there an easy household way, I don't have clove oil.

Also, there is no tank I can put it in

Try putting the fish in some clean, fresh dechlorinated tap water that's the same temperature as the tank water. See if it recovers.

try saving it. Get a breeding net and put it in the tank so it can try and heal

i froze a few fish before looked painful to my pacu after he jumped out of the tank and started to swim upside down

clove oil is fairly cheap if your certain you can not save it, please go buy some.

Freezing is not a humane way to put down a fish...
A quick clean cut to the back of the head all the way threw with a sharp knife, or as others have said, clove oil

I really think the problem is the water, and not the fish. If it had clean water, you would be surprised what happens when fish have clean water to swim in.
